Course page not updating or saving lessons

I am trying to update several courses but they are returning a 404 error – page can’t be found.
I was doing this on eclass.co.ke first. I thought the website had crashed so I build a fresh one at localhost, but after hosting it’s report same error. The new site’s url: dev.eclass.co.ke
Kindly assist resolve this issue soonest possible.

Firstly, please try change/re-save the permalink in http://prntscr.com/q24g2j.
If it still doesn’t work, please check this issue with the default theme (twenty xxx theme).
