Scratch that, “Category visibility” when activated seems to disable all listings within categories when you try to go to them, lol. A plugin called “Front Page Filter” works fine, and I’ve tested it too 😛

Took me a while to find it, but eventually discovered a plugin called “Category visibility,” in case anyone else is looking for it.
