After I provide you the admin access to my website, I have not heard from you since. No response from you despite I sent at least 3 follow-up e-mail asking for status update across the past month. Not even a simple response that you’re looking into the problem.
I am completely moving away from your plugin
I submitted my latest support ticket on August 22nd (Monday) approximately 8pm Pacific time and it has been more than 48hrs. I haven’t heard back from Booking Ultra. Could I get a status update on this support ticket?
I post it here because I have no other ways to check the status. The only info I have for this ticket is the message “We have received your email. We will get in touch with you shortly.” after submitting.

I am having the same issue as js42uk when I am testing out the booking function.
The following link is a screenshot show on my BUP.
http://bit.ly/1roJNX3All 3 fields were submitted with information, but only the address field show up in my BUP appointment page. The difference between the “address field” and the other two were that the “address field” were pre-filled with information through custom meta field and the other two fields were typed in with text right before submitting for the appointment.
I hope this helps clarify the problem. Please help.
