Thank you guys for your assistant. After taking a break, I changed to another theme once again and disabled all 20 something plugins.
After that, the coupon option is now there.
I do have another concern with payment badges not fully showing up (cut off) when viewing the cart and checkout.
I would post screenshots but I see no upload option here.
PayPal and PayPal Credit fully show, but the 4 badges below are half cut off (visa,MC,Amex,Discover) when viewing the cart, and while in the cart they are 95% cutoff.
