I backed up everything then updated – I lost the formatting that I had done and a few more changes but the issue was still present. So I integrated my changes with 2.0.5 and have the Calendar to my liking now!
Thank you for everything Rob,
The .css file that I worked with was located in the folder found below:
…wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\resources\events.css
Hope that helps!
Thanks for the help guys – I had finally found a work-around for this (before I knew an update was coming) and it was to edit the locale.php file… for whatever reason The Events Calendar was calling on that for the months & days.
As for “Event” and “Updated”… I treated it like I did for the address displaying the “Country” – I removed it (//) so that it wouldn’t display at all.
Etiher way, I’ll back everything up before trying to update to 2.0.5 just incase it’s a step back for me but thanks again for taking the time to help out!
🙂
Thanks for the prompt reply jonah but the trouble I was having was finding the right CSS to edit, and it was:
.eventsListWidget .dig-in a { color:#fff; padding:2px; font-size:16px; text-decoration:none; }…once I found that I was able to change the size and add some padding!
Thanks again for your help!
