I actually figured out the issue – temporarilt. I have a multisite. When I installed the plugin, it Network Activated. I deactivated it from the network and only went to the site I need it on. I activated it on that site only and it works.
I would like to use this on my other site (a mirror of the first one) and am not sure how to do this. For now, it has been fixed.
It would be great to provide a solution for how to use this on a multisite wordpress install.
