I think this was a temporary cache related issue, now resolved (I think!).
I’m doing this from memory (which is not a strength of mine!) but although I didnt uncover how this happened it appeared that the JQuery library that should be included was not. I added this in manually in one of my themes files. You just need to include in a head section an include for the JQuery library.
