@watashi31415 Hi there! Correct, you have to submit a support request via our website because this is a Pro version issue. Our devs confirmed that this issue was resolved in the past. Maybe you have an outdated version.
@w-prog It’s really odd, our devs tested it on different themes and servers and could not replicate that issue our end 🙁 Is it possible for you to contact us directly via our website and we will try to debug it on your end. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes, that’s correct. The lite version supports Youtube and Vimeo.

@fabx77 Hello! The lite version supports only Youtube and Vimeo videos. With Pro version you can add the self-hosted videos. You can check it here https://gt3themes.com/gt3-photo-video-gallery-pro-is-live-now/ We used self-hosted videos in Masonry gallery.
