    Hi,

A quick update: after investigating this further, it turns out that a plugin update isn’t required.

Please open the GR Widget page in your WordPress dashboard and refresh the widget list. You should then see all widgets connected to your GRWidget.com account, including those created using the web builder.

Apologies for the confusion in my earlier reply. I’ve confirmed that the widgets should now be available, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Please reply here if you refresh the list and still experience any problems.

    Thanks again for reporting it.

    Hi,

Thanks for reporting this. I’ve reproduced the issue and can confirm that this isn’t the intended behaviour.

Once a GR Widget account is connected, the WordPress plugin should display all widgets associated with that account, including widgets created through the builder on GRWidget.com. At the moment, it is only displaying widgets created from within the plugin.

I’ve identified the cause and the fix will be included in the next plugin update, which will be released tomorrow. I’ll update this thread as soon as the new version is available.

Thanks again for bringing it to our attention.
