Thank you all for your help. I am unable to login via FTP. It is saying that the server accepted the user name but gave an authentication error with the password. Could this be because I am working from home during lockdown and not through our work server at the office? I contacted our host but have not heard back from them – I am assuming that they are not available during our country lockdown. Is there any other way to login and delete the plugin? My login details are:
