I finally got access to the staging website, I created a new User that is an administrator and then created a new staging site.
I’m having some trouble editing the site itself, it’s on and off, but I’m in:)

I just made sure that the user login I do have has the role of the administrator, however it still states that ‘the password is incorrect’.
I thought this is the ‘open ticket’ for free users?
