Apparently, they didn’t have one!!! I was shocked and just it’s one more reason why I’ll be going elsewhere once I’ve resolved this problem.
I didn’t export a back-up, but I have a copy of all the files, including the database. I have done a fresh wp install and have updated that….it’s what to do next that is bothering me? Shall I just replace all the new files with my backed up versions?
And how do I connect the old database with the new install.
