I am trying to find the .htaccess file and will post it as soon as I do.

-deactivated all plugins.
-unable to switch to a default theme, I get a Download failed. error:0D0890A1:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_verify:unknown message digest algorithm.[Moderated as above.]
