Thanks for the reply, but it is definitely not a caching issue. I have tried logging in using a browser I have never used and the problem persists.
If I select a specific user it can be whitelisted, but there is no option to be able to select a multisite super admin user.
The plugin has previously just worked with the Administrator User Role selected to be whitelisted.
