In reply to: [RPS Image Gallery] Displaying captionsThanks. I didn’t realize it could be edited in the actual post (or page in this case) as opposed to editing the plug in.
In the page I have under construction, I see [gallery ids="659,660,500,484,464"]. Do I add “caption=true” somewhere within the brackets? Between gallery and ids?

In reply to: Images not savingA tad more info: the problem seems to occur only when I enter a caption along with the image. If I omit the caption, the image saves and posts.

In reply to: Images not savingYes, I updated it just today while troubleshooting this problem (as well other times).
I don’t believe I’ve edited the theme aside from the basic customization options. (URL is http://www.ecooptimism.com)
It looks like (on my themes page) Twenty Twelve is visually different, i.e. not just an update…?

In reply to: Images not saving1. Deactivating all plug-ins did not help. (Amazing how fast the spam started coming in when I deactivated Akismet.)
2. I actually have Jetpack installed but didn’t realize or forgot that it had that ability. And it must have dropped the links on my site when I deactivated it just now.
3. I don’t see how/where to switch to the default theme. On my Appearance/Themes admin page, I see only the active one (Twenty Ten)and two other available themes (Twenty Eleven and Twenty Twelve)Thanks again.

In reply to: Images not saving1. I deactivated all my plug ins (only had 3) and then was able to successfully save & upload 1 of the 2 troublesome images. Unrelated?
2. My plug in for RSS and email subscribe widgets seems to have disappeared off the visible site (before I deactivated them). (Was using RAX and Subscribe/Connect/Follow — are there better ones? I recall having difficulty as a WP novice with these.)
3. If I switch to the default theme for testing purposes and then revert back, will I have to set everything up afresh? Am using Twenty-Ten.
