Thanks for quick reply. I assume then that the 200 MB each refer to the uncompressed file size (the parts I downloaded are smaller than that, but are of course, compressed)? The default method sounds preferable than the single backup file option, but when importing these onto the new host, do I import both parts, and if so, do I import them at the same time or separately? Thanks!
Thanks for your reply and feedback – I’ll see if I can go through their channels. As per you above point, it seems like the directory reads like it’s in a sub-folder ….mysite.com/public/clientsite/, but I’ll double check with their support team before taking action. Thanks again!
