Ok, I figured it out.

Actually, for each new form creation, CF7 pre-fills “Messages” tab with predefined messages.
Some of mine were in English, I don’t know why.

Anyway I changed them back to french and everything is ok now.

Great plugin btw! CF7 for the win! 😉
