Lo solucione cambiando la versión de php a la mas reciente la 5.4 en mi cpanel.

I fix it. I change the version of PHP in my cpanel and it worked just fine. If you are logged out log out change the PHP version to a recent one like 5.4 and then log in and problem solved!! I hope this works for everybody.
