In reply to: [GrabPress] videos still not loadingMay I ask what your domain is, or what your API key is? If you’ve registered for a Grab Media publisher account, you can also send us your email address, assuming you only have one domain.
We need a unique identifier for your WordPress instance so we can investigate this further for you. Also, feel free to send us an email to support@grab-media.com, if you don’t want to post this information on the support thread. If you choose to email us, however please reference this thread on the message, so we can keep track of the status here.

In reply to: [GrabPress] Video Width and HeightAs a matter of fact, the player will support the value of 100% height and 100% width for a responsive layout, as long as the surrounding div container for the player also uses a responsive layout.

In reply to: [GrabPress] GrabPress 3.0 Release Notes for PublishersIndeed we know that removing the feature to automatically post videos to several blogs at one is a feature that some of our publishers valued, and we’re sorry to disappoint those users.
That said, our business is interested in publisher partners who play an active role in creating and publishing their own original content. Not only does this provide more opportunity for monetization and SEO, most importantly — it provides a more engaging user experience for site visitors and users.
Our target users and publishers are ones who create original editorial content of their own, and who want to use video to augment or compliment their existing editorial content – with of course the option for monetization on pre-roll ads.
Additionally, nearly all technical problems we had with the plugin were related to the Autoposter connectors and backend services. So our business was suffering, rather than benefiting from supporting automated (unedited, unoriginal) remote video posting. We plan to release additional features and improvements to support our target publishers in future versions, and we appreciate all feedback and feature suggestions.

In reply to: [GrabPress] Auto-poster template automatically adds a 'VIDEO:' prefixTechnically, we never added a feature to allow users to customize the template used for Autoposter video posts, which had the VIDEO: prefix in front of all post titles (video titles). It was on our roadmap plan, but since we had to deprecate Autoposter, for the reasons described here (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/grabpress-30-release-notes-for-publishers), this is no longer an issue.
All feeds are standard (not automated scheduled posts) video feeds, so GrabPress users will manually select videos from their feeds to post, and this will naturally take editors to the Post editor, where users can change the post title to anything they want.
I hope that resolves this issue for you. Please let us know if you have any more questions. We’re planning to release some great new features in GrabPress down the line, allowing publishers to user a variety of other widgets and monetization units. That said, feature requests are always welcome, as we love to get feedback from our users to help us prioritize new feature requests.

In reply to: [GrabPress] Autoposter doesn't workSince we have deprecated Autoposter, as described in this post (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/grabpress-30-release-notes-for-publishers), I will mark this issue as resolved. I hope that you’re both able to upgrade to the most recent version of GrabPress if you haven’t already, which ATM is v 3.0.3.
We are currently testing GrabPress (soon to be 3.0.4) on WordPress 4.2.2.

In reply to: [GrabPress] Autopost Schedule Time cannot able to changePlease note that Autoposter has been deprecated, and has been replaced with standard video feeds (no automated, scheduled remote posting). The reasons for this change are documented on this post:

In reply to: [GrabPress] SSL Breaks VideosWe have full SSL support with GrabPress now, as of version 3.0.3. Please let us know if you have any further questions on this topic. I’ll mark this resolved for now, as our QA team has done extensive testing of GrabPress over SSL, and we’ve confirmed that all the applications and systems in our video platform are now HTTPS compatible.

In reply to: [GrabPress] Plugin Deleted All Post Images When Reverting To Version 2.37Since we are no longer supporting Autoposter, I suggest that you do not revert to old versions of GrabPress that used the Autoposter backend service for automated posting.
Since I didn’t hear back from you, I’m hoping and assuming that the latest version we released is working as expected. Please let us know if you have any further questions, and thanks for using GrabPress.

In reply to: [GrabPress] grabpres news plugin does not workJadiri — Thanks for contacting GrabPress support. GrabPress 2.6 is an old unsupported version, so I suggest you upgrade to GrabPress v3.0.3+. We no longer support Autoposter (automatic scheduled remote posting of videos) in versions 3.0+, and reasons for this are explained here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/grabpress-30-release-notes-for-publishersPlease let us know if you’re unable to create posts manually from version 3.0.3, either by creating video feeds, and manually selecting videos to post, or by searching in the catalog (or on the edit post page) and manually selecting a video to post. We’ve tested this on many instances and environments, and we haven’t discovered any bugs or issues to date.
If you have questions about monetizing pre-roll ads with Grab Media (now known as RhythmOne), please email us at support@grab-media.com – include a link to this support thread, and ask about getting approved for ads by our publisher account management team.
If you still have any technical issues or questions, please email URLs and specific questions and examples. Unless we hear back from you, I’ll assume from your message above, that you were only having issues with the old (deprecated) Autoposter feature.
Thanks
