May I ask what your domain is, or what your API key is? If you’ve registered for a Grab Media publisher account, you can also send us your email address, assuming you only have one domain.
We need a unique identifier for your WordPress instance so we can investigate this further for you. Also, feel free to send us an email to support@grab-media.com, if you don’t want to post this information on the support thread. If you choose to email us, however please reference this thread on the message, so we can keep track of the status here.

how ever the issue seems to have resolved its self I guess monday morning all the videos were loading and playing like they should again .
I do have 2 domains using this account both had the same issue over the weekend both were working again on Monday morning figured maybe it was a server glitch with the video host or something ..
I did write the suport address but I had no reply
