    May I ask what your domain is, or what your API key is? If you’ve registered for a Grab Media publisher account, you can also send us your email address, assuming you only have one domain.

    We need a unique identifier for your WordPress instance so we can investigate this further for you.     how ever the issue seems to have resolved its self I guess monday morning all the videos were loading and playing like they should again .

    I do have 2 domains using this account both had the same issue over the weekend both were working again on Monday morning figured maybe it was a server glitch with the video host or something ..

    I did write the suport address but I had no reply
