Dear Michelle,
thank you for your fast help!
Apparently, my domain and webhosting provider (Wedos.cz) needed to adjust configuration of AAAA(IPv6) records.
It took some effort to convince them that curl error is not caused by faulty plugins or security of WP installation, thanks to you I was able to direct them to the right way.

Thank you very much! Ive had forwared your reply to my webhosting provider and it has turned out they have very agile support. We are trying our best to make Jetpack work.
They asked me if there is any log or more specific details whats wrong with the connection in order to help me. Is there anything I could export or send them?
