Depending on how you are wanting to sync your data, you may need to delete the reviews on the 2nd site first (export those first as a backup).

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Edit template / languageLanguage support is not currently built in, but you can edit the HTML files at /wp-content/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/include/templates. After changing, deactivate then re-activate. Just keep in mind your changes will get lost if you upgrade.

You can turn off the Submit form button but click the “Hide review form” box on the page you have configured for reviews. You cannot, however just have the Submit button on separate from the reviews.

You are welcome write your own plugin that better meets your needs, or pay to have someone customize this one for you. I hear Upwork (formerly ODesk) has worked for some people. Good luck to you.
