In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] BackUp and RestoreNot particularly. From the admin panel go to tools and then export and you will see an option to export the reviews. As long as you are using version 3 or higher you should be fine.

Since the latest version uses custom post types, I’m thinking you can get pull results using the right plugin. It’d be great if you could try that out and let us know.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Can't post reviews "An unknown error has occurred. E01"My first thought is your theme, especially if you recently did an update. Next thought is a conflict with another plugin.
I suggest you change to a plain theme like WP 2015/2014 etc., and test it. If it’s still an issue, disable all plugins, then activate just WP Customer Reviews and text again. If you still have the issue, give us some more info please.
Please answer the follow questions for basic troubleshooting:
What version the plugin are you using?
What version of WordPress are you using?
What theme are you using?
Is this a new installation or has it been working for a while?

My first thought is to make sure you have “Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page” on the page you want reviews to show up, and fill out the business info as well. If it’s not checked, check it then submit a review and see what happens. You may need to manually assign the reviews to a post in the database using a tool like phpMyAdmin. WARNING: Back up your database first before editing it.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Issue not Resolved – reviews showing in multiple placesHi lujeffcoat. You are working with a bit more advanced implementation, so it may not work the way you want it to.
I recommend you check the box and ALSO use the shortcode where you want the reviews to appear (See Reviews > Plugin Settings > How To Use). If you are still having issues with them appearing in multiple or the wrong places, it’s very likely conflicting with your theme and/or tab code and you will need to use CSS to deal with it. We can probably handle that for you at our hourly rate if you need.
