). There are no <hr> tags anywhere that I can see so I’m stymied…. and am i right to assume that there is no way to get comments to popup within my site instead of scurrying back to the wordpress directory?
I’m starting to wish I had kept my prehistoric copy of WordPress that I understood. 😛

okay… I’m really trying to understand this…. so I would put the loop in the content page at http://www.gothrockgirl.net but how do I point the loop to the /wordpress directory…. won’t it think that wordpress is running in the same directory?
