    Thank you for the detailed explanation.

    I have one more question regarding the plugin’s abandoned cart recovery functionality.

    For example:

    • A user visits the website and adds a $15 product to the cart.
    • The user reaches the checkout page but abandons the cart.
    • The plugin correctly detects the abandoned cart and sends the recovery email to the user.

    However, if the same user later returns to the website, removes the original $15 product, adds a different product worth $30, and abandons the cart again, I noticed the following behavior:

    • In the plugin’s report listing, the abandoned cart information is updated from the original $15 product to the new $30 product.
    • However, the plugin does not send another recovery email for this updated abandoned cart.

    So my question is:

    How will the user receive another recovery email if they abandon the updated cart after already receiving a recovery email previously? Is there any specific condition, reset interval, or plugin setting that controls whether follow-up recovery emails are sent again for the same user/session?
