i know about these protected keywords and don’t use it.
i also found some interesting thing
if permalink structure is /%year%/%postname%.html/ or /%year%/%postname%/ then pages stopped working as i typed above
but if permalink structure is /%postname%/ then posts is not working but pages work fine.

Milan, i’m not sure what you mean.
As I said, after i resave any of my custom taxonomy inside plugin all links with custom taxonomies starting to work fine.
But pages stop working after this – they are starting to return 404 error. Even new created pages do this.
I think something wrong may be in the plugin source code, but i don’t know where to find it
