i just tried wp-admin/post-new.php and got wordpress error: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

i even tried force-upgrade.php! But how to use it?
I typed like this mayanksharma.x8web.com/force-upgrade.php ! But it only shows the HTML script in browser! Nothing else happens!! 🙁 Pls help me! Somebody..
