I think the problem is that Tweet This uses http://th8.us/ to shorten urls, and that site looks to be down. Tweet This apparently does not handle it well. I’ve had Tweet This running on several blogs for months without issue.

I had the same problem, and removing Tweet This fixed it. What is interesting is that the issue affects either new posts or old posts with new comments. I don’t post every day, but I got a spam comment that made it through to a year old post, and I could not view that post. I could, however, view any other post on the site. Creating a new post had the same problem.
I host two blogs, and they both had the same problem.
