please do the following:
1. Switch to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen/Seventeen etc.) and test again;
2. Disable all other plugins except for Shortcodes Ultimate itself, retest, and re-activate plugins until the issue occurs.This will help you find the culprit.
