Correction to the above – We’ve been using the “Advanced Shipping” plugin and not the “Advanced free shipping” so the problem occurs on the “Advanced Shipping” plugin.

I did have a problem when trying to update our site to PHP 7.4 (anything over PHP 7.0 produced an error message from the plugin).
Is it a local problem? Which PHP version have you tested to work with the current version of the plugin?
