UPDATE: Problem fixed.
Hi @danieldandu
Thank you for your response. I have already performed the conflict tests you suggested in a staging environment, but the issue persists. Here are the exact details of what I did:
- Conflict Test: I deactivated all plugins, including Elementor, caching plugin and the cookie consent plugin. I also switched the active theme to the default Twenty Twenty. Only TranslatePress was active. The dropdown still did not work.
- Cache: I completely cleared the browser cache, plugin cache, and server-level cache.
- Important Clarification: I noticed a crucial detail that I missed in my first message. The issue is NOT mobile-only. The language switcher dropdown fails to respond for all non-logged-in users (guests) on both desktop and mobile. As soon as a user logs in, the dropdown works perfectly on any device.
Could you please assist me in understanding why the script fails to trigger the dropdown open state only for non-logged-in users?
Best regards,
Giuseppe@pixelyoursite Thank you! Is it possibile that this is a Meta bug?

Hi,
I have the same problem. Facebook only duplicates the purchase event. The event is sent both on the browser side and on the server side, like the other events, but only in this case it doesn’t deduplicate the event. How can I fix?
The event name and the event id are the same.
