In reply to: Android App: reply to commentIt’s funny that you want to explain those things to me 🙂
I’m a developer.
We are talking past each other, I’m afraid.
Ok, I consider this thread closed.

In reply to: Android App: reply to commentApologies for being such a pest 😉 but…
You can see yourself that already in the past it happened that people fixed bugs in wordpress.org repository which affected an issue in the android mobile app and was – quoted – “only observed when posting a post from using a latest WordPress Android App“: for example see
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/48886Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Android App: reply to commentMy guess is that this is due to
https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android/issues/17114
or
https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android/issues/13091
the latter redirects to
https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/46284
and
https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/46679
where I have referenced this post as a description of my issue.

In reply to: Android App: reply to comment> You are currently on wordpress.org
Really?)))
Have you noticed my edit, where I have written above:
“because the website of the app on google play is http://android.wordpress.org/ that redirects me to https://wordpress.org/mobile/ ”Isn’t it funny enough that they write “.org” and not not “.com” in their google play page? Shouldn’t someone ask them to correct that public info if it is wrong?
> The app is for wordpress.com you should check with them.
Have you noticed my edit, where I have written above:
“I also sent an email to mobile-support@automattic.com and forwarded to android+feedback@automattic.com”
Yep, that is the support email suggested in wordpress.com.Thank you very much for your kind and helpful reply: please feel free to close this.
