I got in contact with the team which has the site on the local server. It took some time due to some reasons which are long to mention here. They have managed to get the debug file. I did send an email earlier. Please ignore that as it wasn’t correct and it was the debug log of the wrong site. I will send a new one again. I won’t be able to send in the technical support as that one asks for the license key so will send it as a pre-sale one.
Apologies for the botheration. This issue is not, yet, resolved but I hope you will provide full support so that it soon becomes resolved.

No, I don’t have the FTP access to the server. The doesn’t use any famous hosting company to host the website. It is hosted by a local company on their server.
