Having the same issue – the shipping status has gone from the top of the ticket. Using same plugin from Iconic too.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Using 2 PrintersThere are two sides to the business a take away and table service so ideally need the kitchen to get a tickets and the bar get tickets. Kitchen is located offsite a few doors down.
