Have you looked up in the WordPress Plugin Directory?

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

You can change the Permalink within the Administration Panel by clicking on Settings > Permalinks.

Welcome to WordPress! Go to edit the page/post you’re wanting to add the code to, on the editor you’ll see Visual/Text tabs at the top right-hand corner, click on that.

It’ll show how your page is coded. Find the place you want to add the code and paste it. When you click on Preview your plugin should be visible.

I can recommend looking at your specific plugin’s support pages for advice and support.
