Hey Salvatore,
Can you try disabling the Hack Repair Default Blacklist and see if that helps?
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hi,
From your WordPress Dashboard navigate to Settings > Premalinks.

Hi,
It’s hard to say what’s exactly causing this without testing. But my first thought would be File Change Detection. You can disable that and see if it helps.
Thanks!

Hi,
Disabling and deleting it will revert the majority of the features. However, there are some changes that will not be reverted by doing this, such as changing the wp-content directory name, admin ID and username. But if this hasn’t caused you any trouble, it will not in the future either.
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hi,
The Hide Backend feature is a good extra layer of security through obscurity, but it isn’t bulletproof. But it sounds like Security is doing it’s job at keeping them out.
Thanks!

Hi,
I’ve bumped the developers on this. I, or they will get back with you shortly.
Thanks,

Hey,
I definitely understand how useful this would be. I’m adding it as a feature request. Please go vote for it!

The latest release has pushed changes paving the way for a new UI and other tools being integrated into iThemes Security. Some of the One Click functionality was removed as we restructure the code base for a better method of orienting users to recommended settings.
No necessary features or functions have been removed from the plugin, as the One Click button was only ever intended to be a tool for helping to speed up the configuration of the settings known to have few conflicts on the vast majority of sites.
We have plans for a much more robust system that will speed up and simplify the settings configuration process even more. I don’t have an exact release date, but the final rollout of the new UI with a focus on making setup easy is, and has been, a top development priority.
Thanks,
Gerroald

Hey Kelli,
When you say it will not let you remove/delete the IP from the Banned Users field or database, are you getting an error when trying to delete it? Or does it just reappear?
From your Security Logs, do you see why the IP was banned?
Thanks!
Gerroald

Hey Kelli,
What error does the IP get when trying to access the site?
Have you checked to see if it’s in the Banned Users field on the Settings page?
Thanks,
Gerroald
