There is an option “size”, when you create email field. Insert 15 on 20 there and see what happens. The code looks something like this:
[email email-240 20/]email
I guess there 2 scripts are running at same time – lightbox and nextgen-s shutter. You have to choose none effects from nextgen options, or turn your lightbox off wherever it is – perhaps in plugins page.
