    The API key is present on the settings page. The plugin itself is activated. The value of the option “Show chat on specific pages” =:
    Only the listed pages

    The chatfunction is visible on the website where it should be (/Contact/), but I cannot use the chatfunctionality. I cannot setup a chatsession with someone else who is visiting the website. I have checked the settings triple and changed settings to see if some things might work then.
    The welcome message I have put in the settings does not appear.

    What I did NOT enable is the option “Public chatroom”. The chat must only work for customers to us, to ask questions about our products.
