The list that you recommend are not Ad Networks, those are Ad partners, they provide you access to their Ad Networks through a fee which use to be 20%.
What I mean by Ad Networks are companies that works with sellers and buyers, like:
pubmatic.com
rubiconproject.com
openx.com
There are many, I just copied a few.

Hi Joachim,
I have some idea about how GAM works, I already opened my GAM account and I´m doing some test. I guess that at the moment I only have Adsense as an Ad Network in my GAM account, so it doesn´t make sense at the moment to start using GAM and your plugin. How can I get access to new Ad Networks? Do I have to do it through GAM interface or I have to go 1 by 1 instead and make deals directly with them?
