@walldyney & @manitsethi, in my case it worked by disabling the hosting caching (mine is at Bluehost). Themeum Support recommended me to use W3 Total Cache plugin instead. Thank you @largbasket for your advice!

As I mentioned in my first thread I disabled any cache system but nothing changed.

If this is a server issue how does it work on the old versions 1.9.8 and 1.9.16 (on the same server)?

In reply to: missing srcset and sizes attributesI use the classic editor. I compared the HTML markup of the “good” and “bad” posts and I did not see any difference. “Good” means posts with images tag having srcset and sizes attributes.
Edit 1: When I say HTML markup, I refer to the code within the block editor.
Edit 2: Just to avoid confusion. The HTML markup from the block editor is the same for image tags, no matter the post. On the other hand, from browsers some image tags do not have srcset and sizes at all.
