I was the last person to post a message, so I don’t understand why you are closing this ticket. The matter is not resolved.
As I explained in my original post, I had already excluded our forms pages from Siteground’s dynamic caching. A test this morning confirmed that the page in question is not being cached. I tried using the form again and received the same error as originally reported. Also, in the meantime, two other users of the form reported that they could not submit the form, even after clearing their browsers’ cache.

How can I share the exported form privately?
@tomzlin, @wpmudevsupport14, I am having this issue. We have tried the suggestions on this thread, but none of them worked. @tomzlin, could you explain how you fixed the problem?
