It is the form at the bottom of the page. It is a contact form.

Initially I thought the form cannot be sent due to the validation problem, because there is a message shown in the notice that the Contact 7 form need to be validated now, so I validated it today. After that, I thought the issues solved, and I tried to test sending the form, but I still couldn’t send it our successfully.

I am not sure what is the problem, hence looking for help here.
