Well… Now it’s working again. I don’t have a clue what’s going on, but I guess I’ll be back if it stops again.

    Perhaps this will work…?

I originally posted about this issue here, though it ended up being resolved in a way.

I discovered that when I went into Core Control/Cron Tasks and ran wpbook_cron_job, it would import them then. That was a fine fix, and I would just run it when I knew there were comments at Facebook to import. Just FYI, it’s always shown an error message at the top of the screen when I do this, but the comments would import anyway.

The last time that ran successfully was Saturday, I believe (though it could have been Sunday). I tried last night and it didn’t work, tried updating WordPress to see if that would work… Core Control doesn’t seem to be in need of an update (and it doesn’t seem that anything changed there), so… Any ideas what could have happened that it randomly stopped working?

    Debugging file says:
    Won’t post, it seems

All other information can be found on the previous post I linked.

Please get back to me on this – I’m really frustrated that it just suddenly stopped working.

Okay… Not sure what happened, but somewhere in the last bit of things I did, the comments are now showing up.

I’ll leave this post up just in case the information is helpful to anyone else (I did list all the things I tried, so it might work for someone else).

HOWEVER, I am still having a minor problem of the FB default image of the commenter not importing, so if there’s a fix for that, I’d love to hear it.

I don’t know what of all that I tried that worked, but thank you to the developer(s) for being so active in this forum!
