I’m afraid to report we are still being blocked by IQ Block Country plugin as a US based IP.
Is there any way we, or yourself, can have this updated with Maxmind?

Thanks for the feedback.
We have tested again and still found that 169.0.72.183 was being picked up as a USA located IP.
We will wait for MaxMind to update their database and also ensure ours is constantly up to date.
