Right now, job listings only have publish date and modification date of the job listing, there isn’t a date that represents ‘vacancy start date’.
However you can only sort your job listings by publish date.
This plugin works with osclass.com and it’s not possible to manage sites with osclass.org software right now.

About seo, jobs page only have a list of last 10 job listings available on the job board, it’s a simple link element to the job listing and a short paragraph with job description.
