Slow website speed may be caused because of various factors but you can improve your site speed by using few plugins which are absolutely free.
I saw your report and here is what you need to do:
1.Leverage browser caching

You may also like to install a cache plugin if not installed already.
That is surely the easiest way out. All you need to do is to upload the unedited function.php using FTP or the file management your host provide.
