How did you create the second site?
I just created a new site in the network admin screen. Will this mean that I have to create an entire new network. This is the second network I have to create because of user issues. The first issue was related to not being able to update users’ profile.
Is there any database change that I can do to fix this?

In netadmin -> Sites -> Edit -> User : all drop downs are empty for all sites except the main site id-0
In the indiviual site users table the table is completely empty not even the super user is there.
I think I have big problems.
