Ah OK that will cause dropped baskets

I can not tell from the screenshot if you have the issue or not as you are not displaying the part to fill in the address in Paypal. As these details are filled in for me as well it is the address section that is not and you would need to scroll down to see them.

Here are the steps I go through for the issue

Add item to cart and go to checkout
Fill in name and address for my billing details
Click paypal and I am redirected to paypal
Choose to pay with debit or credit card
I am then asked for my credit card details and asked to fill in the billing address again.
