Sorry for my misunderstanding. I use template tag on index page. It work fine on categoty page.

Doesn’t work for me too. Latest version of wordpress 3.5.1
I know it ever work on the older version.

the function z_taxonomy_image_url does not return anything too.

you have to change to another plugin that allow you apply the indent.
