It is the subscribe or follow button on my blog. It is located in the upper right-hand area of the page, just below the header.

I can give you the email address of one who tried to follow me but had this happen. I then tried to imput their email address and had the same problem. If you want their email address, is there a way to private message it to you?

Yes, there is jetpack. I thought that was part of the blog, not an option. The thing that is confusing about this is some people can follow me with no problem, but others get the error subscribing message. I am not computer savvy but have tried very hard to figure this blog out. I have actually had it for a couple of years, and this problem comes up from time to time. I am so frustrated with this being an ongoing issue, but have continued hanging here because I really want a blog. I would appreciate your help with this. Can you help me? I have also had trouble figuring out how to get help with WordPress.org. in general. Is this the place to ask questions? Thank you.
